Having Fun

We recognize the importance of doing things as a company outside of the office. Sure, it is beneficial to have good relationships within the office, but getting to know each other in social situations grows the bond among everyone. Most would say that our jobs are fun to begin with, but laughing with and learning about each other is essential.

Office Retreats
What better way to discuss the health and status of the office, than to be in a location that is architecturally interesting as well! Over the years, CSA has been fortunate enough to hold its retreats with the entire office staff in some very interesting cities. Not only do we learn about what is happening in the office and how to make our jobs better, but we also get to learn about significant architecture in other parts of the country.

Fun Events
From summer picnics to bowling tournaments, there are many events during the year that bring us together. Mix in some added friendly competition with picking the winners of the weekly college football games, and you have yourself a great work atmosphere!

Working hard is what we do. Having fun with who we work with is who we are.
