The Technical High School Concept Study provides a state of the art facility that brings together high school students and leading local technology firms and industries.  Offering such programs as robotics, manufacturing, cyber security, automotive technology, and precision welding, the goal of the technical school concept is to provide students with the knowledge and ability to enter the career force in high-paying jobs soon after graduation from high school.

The layout of the building provides classroom space along the front of the building with an internal corridor that looks down into the high-bay lab spaces below.  Meeting and presentation spaces are within the central element of the building, and a large glass-walled conference area and working display area can be illuminated at night and act as a marketing tool to the public.
