What Is Important

One of our founding values is to surround ourselves with quality people. Our team members are not only talented design professionals but also wonderful people. We have developed a friendly, supportive office culture that promotes professional development and builds strong citizens. Our staff is encouraged to grow in their professional careers. Each team member is given opportunities to take on increasing project responsibilities and mature as a design professional. We take an active role in developing our community to enhance the quality of life of our city.

It is also important to build strong families and to have fun in what we do. The firm is structured to allow our staff to be involved in important family events during work hours. We will not design good buildings at the expense of our families and loved ones. We also have a lot of fun in what we do. Periodically, we will have an office retreat to spend time together outside of a work environment and to "vision" the firm. The accomplishment of producing good architecture is much more enjoyable when created in a family-friendly culture of professional development, citizenship, and having fun.

Our Philosophy

Chapman Sisson Architects was founded in 1997 on Christian principles and beliefs which have sustained the vitality of the company ever since.  Our Guiding Principles have grown from that founding, and they continue to shape our daily lives and how we serve our clients:
  • Always Do the Right Thing.
  • God and People First.
  • Hit the Target.
  • Be Good Stewards.
  • Pursue Excellence.

Our commitment to quality in both our product and our people is notable.  We strive to hire the best employees who share our vision and enthusiasm for what we do.  That equates to a more creative, complete design solution from inception to final drawings.

Meet Our Team

CSA Serve

CSA is dedicated to serving and supporting our local community and ministries. Every year, our office sets aside company time and resources for our employees to engage in activities that demonstrate our Core Values. These activities range from pro-bono professional services, to food drives, to personal development seminars.
