The restoration of Allied Digital Printing started soon after a fire gutted the second generation family business, causing significant skin and structure damage to more than half of the 15,000 SF building.

The new utilitarian building reopened in June 2019 with fresh curb appeal. The exterior design of brick, fiber cement siding, and corrugated metal wall panels, with distinctive signage, sets the bar for revitalization along the University Drive corridor. The interior features exposed ceilings, stained concrete floors, reclaimed barn wood counters, and custom shelving units.
