The new ambulatory care facility for Rheumatology Associates of North Alabama is a one-story building located on a 2-acre parcel of land. This single-tenant medical office building includes exam rooms, a laboratory, imaging rooms, an infusion room, and associated support spaces.

Given the pattern of windows, available space on-site, and the Owner's desire for durable exterior materials, tilt-up construction was selected. The majority of the building utilizes a standard tilt-up construction accented with reveals and paint colors. The lobby consists of traditional construction in order to maximize natural light. Wood grain panels were used on the exterior and interior of the lobby, adding a welcoming warmth to the design.
