Improving the experience for alumni, students and fans alike was the purpose of the Spragins Hall Renovation project. Chapman Sisson’s scope included expanding the main lobby into the gymnasium, expanding, and improving the concessions area, and making changes to the Varsity Room, a social space for athletic boosters, to allow for better food service capability and to make it more appropriate for private events. The goal was to provide a clean, modern environment for UAH Athletics, visitors and patrons, This project is a great first-impression of UAH Athletics and helps assist in athlete recruitment. All of these changes were underscored by the complete replacement of all wall, floor and ceiling finishes.
