The main Huntsville branch of Regions Bank stayed dormant for over a year after the Bank moved their main operations to a different location. With its uniquely tall first floor volume, it would have to take a special tenant to be able to visualize how special this space could be. The investment management firm of Twickenham Advisors, along with their design partner Chapman Sisson Architects saw the value in turning this once dark bank branch into a modern, bright commercial office space in the heart of downtown.

Using the tall first floor space as an asset, the design capitalizes on the large amount of daylight provided by the existing curtain wall system along the exterior wall. To ensure that this light traveled well into the internal offices, glass walls were utilized along most of the adjacent interior spaces, including the first-floor board room. The main volume also allowed for a lighted, central glass sculpture element that highlighted the company logo that can be seen from the street.

Other spaces integral to the design are a multi-functional collaboration room with kitchen, as well as a full-service coffee and espresso bar serving the lobby.
