West Limestone High School Renovation located in rural Lester, Alabama serves sixth through twelfth grade in a 88,000 SF single story school with multiple additions over the years. The front wing of the school was completed in 1984 with wood paneled veneered parapets and main entry that have required significant maintenance.

Chapman Sisson Architects designed an exterior upgrade of a more traditional cornice detail to replace the wood as well as more pronounced and welcoming main entrance. The interior scope included new corridor finishes, classroom flooring and ceiling renovations, restroom finishes and fixture replacements, door and door hardware replacements, cafeteria HVAC replacement, fire alarm upgrades, and lobby interior renovation.
